After enjoying an early game drive to see huge herds of elephant herds against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, take an evening flight to Maasai Mara on day three of your trip.
While this itinerary will see you move bases to experience the Great Migration to the max, the Maasai Mara will be your home for the next ten days of your trip.
On days four through seven, stay in a camp in the north-eastern part of the reserve, where you’ll be able to witness the initial river crossings. Alongside the mass movement of millions of wildebeest, you can also expect to see huge numbers of zebras and gazelles.
