“Another amazing custom made trip to Peru from rough guides. The hotels and tours that was booked for us was great. All the tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful and even took beautiful pictures for us. If I have one suggestion to make is that our tour for the rainbow mountain, the communication could have been better. Because everyone has different levels of fitness we didn’t all make the hike at the same pace. It would have been better t tell the group before hand what time to meet up back down the van. And although we were dropped off near our hotel after the tour I expected to be dropped off at our hotel as we were picked up from there. The reason given was that the van was too big to come through the alley of our hotel which I found a bit strange as it was the same van that picked us up in the morning. Otherwise everything else was great. Communication with the booking of the whole trip was great and they were even checking up on us to make sure that everything was going smoothly. “Our trip to Morocco was incredible thanks to the detailed planning from Mohamad and our incredible driver Yassin. They were extremely accommodating in finding the perfect itinerary to meet our needs and allow us a customized experience for our vacation. Our driver Yassin was the cherry on top! He knew all the local places to stop, told us about the history while we were driving and took amazing pictures for us along the way, capturing a lasting memory for us. All the Riads we stayed at were top-notch, the rooms were clean, food was excellent and staff was accommodating and friendly. We are very grateful to you for making our vacation very memorable!”

“I booked through Through rough guides and they used a local Guide I dealt with a lady called Habiba who was absolutely fantastic. She responded to our texts straight away. She planned a really good Trip We spent a night in Caro at the beginning and then flew to Luxor and went down the aisle for four night five days We then went to hurgarda where we had All inclusive Hotel for three days and then we went back to Caro and had two nights since saw the Pyramids Spinks and Egyptian Museum it was a fantastic tailor-made trip. Habiba was fantastic. I was delighted and would thoroughly recommend using rough guides and Habiba.”

“Right from our initial booking enquiry with Ravi, through to our travels in Kerala, our experience with was smooth, practical and tailored so well to our individual needs. All our guides on the our trip were excellent, always on time as arranged, full of local knowledge, and passionate delivering their tours to us. Our trip included such a variety of experiences, from walking city tours, a street food tour, houseboat stay and hiking a mountain. Special mentions to tour guides Saji, our fabulous guide in Kochi, also Sunil in Kochi, and Muthu in Madurai. As well as our guide in Kumarakom whose knowledge was fabulous in explaining all about the Backwaters and the local area. We have to highlight our fabulous driver, Roy, who greeted us each morning with a wonderful smile and drove us safely through India’s mad and busy weaving traffic!
