The trip planner Jessica was very helpful. We started with a Bali itinerary, but she was receptive to our feedback and helped update it to go to Lombok instead. On the ground experience was very good too. I had a WhatsApp group with Jessica and Shella (local support) and both were extremely supportive for any unforeseen situations and questions. Last but not the least, my dad needed some support during the trip due to his age. All the guides helped provide care for him, at times going out of the way. “Fabulous two and half week trip to Indonesia with a group of five. Planning required a decent amount of back and forth, but this was because we chose to really customize the experience to fulfill everyone’s desires and curate the timeline.
