Start your day with breakfast at a street stall tasting pho or banh mi, then explore the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature.

Afternoon at the Museum of Ethnology and a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter reveal local crafts, alleys, and tube houses.
