quotes

Want to see the golden rice terraces? Timing is everything.

The Pu Luong area has 02 rice seasons per year, which are early Jun and late September, early October. Other areas such as Sapa, Ha Giang have only 01 rice season per year, which is late August, till early September. The terraces glow in layers of deep gold; it’s the most iconic and picturesque time to visit, especially for adventurers and photographers.

We always advise travelers to plan for this period, as accommodation in remote areas can be limited during harvest season.

Day06

Pu Luong to Hanoi

Wake early to savor the calm of the valley. Set out on a guided walk through Pu Luong’s rice terraces, visit a nearby village, and enjoy local coffee with a home-cooked breakfast as morning light softens the hills.

Depart mid-morning for Hanoi by private transfer, paced to your comfort.
