Day 1: Welcome to Portugal

You're first day of traveling to Portugal! Pick up your rental car and start exploring Lisbon. Join a walking tour through Alfama’s winding streets, visit the Castle of Saint George for stunning city views, and stroll along Avenida da Liberdade to lively Rossio Square. Stop for lunch at Praça do Comércio and enjoy local dishes. 

In the afternoon, head to the Belém district to see the Jerónimos Monastery, the Maritime Monument, and the iconic wind rose mosaic. End your day with a famous pastel de Belém at a local café, the perfect sweet finish to your first day in Portugal.

Day 2: Discover Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril 

After breakfast, drive to Sintra to explore the colorful Palácio da Pena, a fairytale castle with sweeping views over the hills. Wander through the mystical gardens and tunnels of Quinta da Regaleira before heading back toward Lisbon. Stop at Boca do Inferno near Cascais to watch waves crash dramatically against the cliffs.
