Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding

Your Nepal trip continues with an overnight drive from Kathmandu to Manthali Airport in Ramechhap. Early the next morning, take a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, with clear views of the Himalayas along the way.

In Lukla, meet your trekking team and begin your hike toward Phakding. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, passing through Sherpa villages and crossing suspension bridges, including the iconic Hillary Bridge.

Stay active with a gradual hike to Nagarjun Hill. From the top, enjoy wide views of Makalu, Cholatse, Tawache, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. The climb is steady and helps your body adjust to the altitude while offering excellent photo opportunities.

Return to Dingboche in the afternoon and take time to rest. Relax in your lodge, enjoy local meals, and prepare for the higher stages of the trek ahead.

Day09

Trek to Lobuche with high altitude views

Today’s hike becomes more demanding as you gain altitude and the air grows thinner. Each step feels slower, but the surrounding landscape makes the effort worthwhile.

After leaving Dingboche, pass a scenic stupa and continue along the trail toward the Pheriche Valley. The path leads through open terrain with quiet yak pastures and wide mountain views.

Walk high above the valley with clear views of Ama Dablam rising from below. The route then continues gradually toward Lobuche.

Arrive in Lobuche, a small and simple village set against a dramatic Himalayan backdrop. The setting and altitude make this a memorable stage of the trek.

Day10

Everest Base Camp trek and return to Gorakshep

Today is the highlight of your Nepal trip. Trek for around three hours to Gorakshep, the final settlement before Mount Everest, set among glaciers and high mountain terrain. This stage takes you through one of the best places to visit in Nepal, where the landscape becomes truly dramatic.

After lunch, continue across the rocky moraine and rugged trails to reach Everest Base Camp. Take time to explore, capture photos, and observe expedition teams preparing for summit attempts.

After this unforgettable experience, return to Gorakshep for a well-earned rest surrounded by the peaks of the Himalayas.
