Day01
Arrival in San José
Arrive at San José’s Juan Santamaría International Airport and begin your Costa Rica travel experience with a smooth, personalized welcome.
After immigration, our local representative will greet you, share a short introduction to Costa Rica and your tailored itinerary, and provide a Welcome Kit with maps, key documents, and practical tips for upcoming excursions. Then enjoy a comfortable transfer to your first hotel, with time to rest or explore nearby highlights at your own pace.
Day02
Tortuguero National Park
Depart early from your hotel in San José and travel to the northern Caribbean lowlands, crossing the lush landscapes of Braulio Carrillo National Park. Stop for breakfast in Guápiles, then continue to the Caño Blanco dock in Siquirres.
From here, board a boat and cruise along the river and coastal canals into Tortuguero National Park. Enjoy lunch and dinner at your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Tortuguero village, stroll the beach, and explore the Caribbean Conservation Corporation visitor center and turtle museum.
Day03
Laguna Lodge Awakening boat tour
Begin your day with an early morning boat outing from Laguna Lodge through Tortuguero’s canals.
Glide along the calm north to south waterways that link rivers and lagoons, while a local naturalist guide helps you spot birds, reptiles, and other rainforest wildlife along the banks.
Day04
Tabacón Hot Springs with dinner
Soak in Tabacón Hot Springs and feel the Earth’s warmth, a soothing highlight for any Costa Rica itinerary. Rainwater is naturally heated by underground magma and rises mineral-rich into five springs set within lush tropical gardens.
Temperatures range from 25 to 50 degrees Celsius, with two thermal river branches, a refreshing cold river flowing from the rainforest, and pure spring water also channeled for drinking.
After your soak, enjoy a tailored dinner beneath the tropical canopy, featuring local flavors and attentive, personalized service.
Day05
Canopy Titi tour
You will be picked up at your Manuel Antonio hotel for a short 20-minute transfer to the Titi canopy site. On arrival, expert guides provide a clear safety briefing and fit your gear, preparing you for an authentic canopy experience high above primary and secondary forest.
As you glide between platforms, your guides point out wildlife and share insights into the surrounding habitat, adding depth to the adventure as you move through the treetops.
Day06
Manuel Antonio National Park guided tour
You will be met at your hotel and transferred to Manuel Antonio National Park, one of the best places to visit in Costa Rica for an easy, wildlife-rich rainforest walk beside beautiful beaches. A naturalist guide leads a flat, scenic 3.2 km loop, sharing insights on local habitats, orchids, and tropical trees, while also helping you capture standout photos.
About halfway through, pause for around 20 minutes at a park beach to relax in the sand and waves. Watch for three of Costa Rica’s four monkey species, plus sloths, exotic birds, and reptiles. Your guide carries a spotting scope for close wildlife viewing. After the tour, return to your hotel.
Day07
Transfer to San José Airport
You will be picked up from your Manuel Antonio hotel and transferred to San José airport for your onward flight. This final transfer is tailored to your schedule, with flexible pick-up and drop-off times to match your departure.
