Christ the Redeemer and Rio City highlights

After your first night in Rio de Janeiro, your Brazil tour continues with an unforgettable morning exploring the city’s iconic landmarks.

After breakfast, you are picked up from your hotel and driven up Mount Corcovado to stand beneath the Christ the Redeemer statue and enjoy sweeping views over the city.

You then stop outside the legendary Maracanã Stadium, hear stories from the 1950 and 2014 World Cups, and continue to the colorful Selarón Steps, the Sambadrome, and the striking Metropolitan Cathedral.

Sugarloaf, Santa Teresa and ancient Rio

Start your day with a scenic visit to Sugarloaf Mountain. Ride two cable cars from Urca to Morro da Urca and then to Morro do Pão de Açúcar, enjoying sweeping 360° views over Rio’s beaches, rainforest, and skyline.

Continue to the bohemian Santa Teresa district, where you explore its viewpoints, artists’ studios, galleries, restaurants, and timeless charm.

Rio de Janeiro to Foz do Iguaçu

After breakfast at your hotel in Rio de Janeiro, you transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Foz do Iguaçu, gateway to the spectacular Iguazu Falls and one of the best places to visit in Brazil. Upon arrival, meet your local representative and continue to your hotel.

Later, visit the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Walk along scenic trails with panoramic views of more than 270 waterfalls and feel the power of the dramatic Devil’s Throat.

Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls

After checking in, take some time to settle in and explore this pristine natural setting. As night falls, set out on a guided safari in search of nocturnal wildlife such as anteaters, foxes, and capybaras.

Horse riding in the Southern Pantanal

After a delicious breakfast at your lodge in the Southern Pantanal, set out on a photo safari with a local expert. Travel by jeep into remote areas rich in wildlife and native vegetation, with excellent opportunities to observe and photograph the region’s unique fauna.

After lunch, explore the wetlands on horseback, the most traditional way to experience the Pantanal. These sure-footed horses are well adapted to the terrain and allow you to move quietly through the landscape, often bringing you closer to birds, caimans, and the vast open scenery.

Aquidauana River boat tour

Today, your Brazil itinerary continues with a guided speedboat tour along the Aquidauana River. Surrounded by lush riparian forest and towering trees, you travel through a natural habitat rich in birds, mammals, and reptiles while watching for wildlife along the riverbanks.

Off to Bonito

Today, your Brazilian nature and wildlife tour continues deeper into the Pantanal. After breakfast, set out on a peaceful canoe excursion through the waterways, gliding quietly past birds, caimans, and other wildlife you may not have seen yet.

Return to the lodge for lunch before continuing your journey overland to Bonito. After a drive of about three hours, check in at your hotel and enjoy time to relax.

Sucuri River and Buraco das Araras

Begin your day at Rio da Prata, often considered one of Bonito’s most remarkable experiences. Walk through lush riverine forest to the Olho d’Água spring, then float gently along crystal clear waters wearing a neoprene suit, mask, and snorkel, surrounded by vibrant fish and aquatic plants.
