Last year Jovago announced they'd be offering a messaging booking service through WhatsApp, Viber and LiveChat, allowing customers to book their trips without even having to open a browser. But the question is: would we use it? Do you trust an anonymous person on the other end of an instant messaging app to book your next holiday?
