Hello. I'm Nicca, your local expert for Malaysia
Born and raised in Sabah, North Borneo and we call ourselves the Sabahan here. I am half Chinese and half Iban or Sea Dayak to some, one of the indigenous native groups in Sarawak – another part of Malaysia Borneo. Long story short, my dad is a Chinese from Sabah and my mum is Iban from Sarawak. So, what better way to blend both cultures together :)
I have travelled across Malaysia (not all but mostly) independently, with family and friends and what I love most is the food! I am a foodie and always enjoy the variety of gastronomy Malaysia has to offer. Besides that, I have a soft spot for animals and the wildlife in Borneo is just magnificent!
