Embarking on a lifelong journey of wanderlust, my love for travel was ignited during my formative years. My childhood holidays in the United Kingdom were spent exploring new destinations with my family. Beachcombing for treasure and wandering through woodlands spotting wildlife were all part of the fun. Those journeys afforded me the privilege of discovering numerous splendid destinations.

I was born and raised in Portugal, a country I know intimately and love sharing with others. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise to planning tailor-made, intimate, and luxury trips across Europe and North Africa. From vibrant cities to hidden gems, I curate experiences that are unique, personal, and unforgettable. Born and raised in New Zealand, I spent some time travelling all over the planet before moving to France 15 years ago, and I’ve made Lyon my home. I graduated with a Master’s degree as an Urbanist, but I have worked for over 7 years in the luxury travel industry. I think taking people out of their comfort zones is a part of my brief.

Our tour operator is based in France, and the UK, so we can work in both countries and allow folks to discover le vrai France and have an authentic British Isles experience. Our background has been creating walking holidays and sharing the joy of eating half-board meals at mountain huts, or chic guesthouses! 

I grew up in Portugal and soon understood that travelling and getting to know other cultures was my passion! This led me to pursue a degree in Tourism that gave me background and a better understanding of this industry and the actual travel trends. As a traveller, I am deeply passionate about immersing myself in local cultures, experiencing them as if I truly belong, that's what I want you to feel when you decide to travel with me.
