The Tailor made travel service is an excellent aid when planning a trip to a new destination. I got a very quick response from a representative, the local company I was connected to was very efficient and communicative, and together we arranged a trip that ticked all our boxes. It would have been difficult to achieve our trip without out their expertise. And, it was absolutely free! I would recommend this service to anyone and will use it again.

We had a great holiday in West Bengal and were able to experience many fascinating places. Rough Guides got us into contact with our guide - Mr. Deepak Mishra. He taught us a lot about West Bengal, and we were able to not only collect many valuable memories but also learn a lot about history and get a deeper insight into different aspects of local life and culture. We were also provided with professional and helpful drivers. Everything was well organised and we can only express our further recommendations.

We are still talking about what a great trip we had in India. We missed nothing and we experienced almost every nuance of the Indian culture and the unique itinerary was perfect! Our agent in India has arranged all the trains and places in sequence - We had an excellent experience – all hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and cool with the helpful staff. The food was so amazing and of different variety at all places during our trip. The Indian culture is so efficient, mannerly, and safe. Our Leader was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Every part of the itinerary in India was enjoyable. We visited historical places, most beautiful Taj Mahal of Agra, enjoyed Safari at Ranthambore National Park, Fascinating city of Varanasi with evening candle Aarti ceremony and the morning boat ride at Ganges was the main highlight of this tour. We miss India a lot and look forward to visit again this beautiful country.

It is a good travel company. It provides adequate information about various travel destinations. Well, here are some observations: Many are happy to learn about unknown cities and tourist spots through it. One can also learn about various travel packages through it. One can choose from budget to luxury hotels, inns and lodges. Yes, a majority of these resting places are equipped with modern amenities. This tour operator offers some nice travelogues. One gets thorough support from it!

Marianna was very efficient and put us in touch with Bharathi for our trip to India. They came up with an itinerary that reflected exactly what we had requested. While we were in India they kept checking that everything was working out as planned and they were very friendly and professional. Thank you very much!

We have just completed a four week trip to India. We are used to travelling independently and this was the first time we have had a driver and guides. The local agent suggested an itinerary based on our initial thoughts, some of which were a little unusual. They worked hard to tweak things as we firmed our plan up. We could not fault the organisation on the ground from the moment we arrived in Delhi to leaving (and to be honest, I usually find something to complain about!). The local agent, Prem, made contact everyday to ensure everything was as expected and even accommodated a late change to our plans when in Varanasi. Price and service were impressive.

We custom-tailored a 2-week trip to India in September 2019, and it was nothing short of stellar. We enjoyed the simplicity of using their portal site, which put us directly into contact with travel experts on the ground in India. We were unlimited in the number of customizations we were allowed to make to the trip before booking it. The resulting itinerary was amazing, and allowed us every freedom we could imagine. We had a personal driver in an air-conditioned car everywhere we went; our airline ticketing was seamless ... all transit was perfect. We were in contact with the travel agency in India almost daily - they checked in to ensure everything was going as planned - they were very proactive rather than reactive. The staff were helpful whenever assistance was needed. I'm glad that we picked up a book - we might never have known about this offering, which I think sets then apart from other companies (in this example, we also shopped G Adventures - but Guides ultimately offered us better flexibility at a better price.

Bushan promised us a custom designed/ first class and unforgettable travel experience in India, he delivered on this to perfection. Our Travel Agent managed our travel experience with constant contact prior to our trip and throughout our stay.  We enjoyed lots of moments in this trip such as the colorful culture of India, delicious food, historical places, elephant ride, beauty of Taj Mahal was Adorable, neat and clean hotel, excellent guides, and more knowledgeable Tour Leader. We had a wonderful trip though parts of South India. Using an agency was a difficult decision, as my partner and I have travelled for decades under our own steam and with so much less advance planning than was involved here. What we appreciated was the possibility to 'offload' some of the on-site organisation that, while undoubtedly giving you an insight into a society and culture, also means time spent on the phone, in a queue or online. This, when you could be out there and experience an aspect of the country, that does NOT remind you of trying to contact the likes of Scottish Power (feel free to replace by any other profiteering untility). Being able to determine hotels ourselves and also to tailor the mix between where we did our own thing and where the local agency booked things for us was great. The local agency got very quickly how we wanted to travel. Where they advised us against options, they really knew what they were talking about and suggested undoubtedly better alternatives. Communication was clear and naturaly friendly. Where we had drivers, they were professional and great to travel with. So we were very happy all around. If I would be looking for possible icings on the cake, it would have been the inclusion of cultural events, or maybe just pointers to where to look for what (such as carnatic classical music or theyyem performances). But then maybe this is the old conundrum that it is only authentic if you stumble across it...........

I give 6 Stars; it was an excellent experience in every possible way through this travel company. I had a great and memorable experience of my Rajasthan tour in India. We get a perfect and complete itinerary; this company exceeded all expectations with superior client service, everything was flawlessly executed with seamless quality of service. Among many trip highlights, it was humbling to witness thousands of people being fed at the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib temple in New Delhi. The Aarti ceremony at night and the dawn sunrise on the river Ganges in Varanasi is a spiritual journey. Beauty of the Taj Mahal is marvelous. And, yes, it is a thrill to see wild tigers in Ranthambore National Park. Thank you so Much for organizing such a wonderful trip for us.
