We booked our Galápagos trip with Rough Guides and were in the very safe hands of Jef initially and then Benjamin in Quito nothing was too much trouble and our itinerary ticked all the boxes, from land based to sea based experiences, everything was first class. From airports, taxis, to boats and horses everything ran like clockwork. Benjamin’s service went above and beyond, always checking in with us on a daily basis and post trip as well. I would have no hesitation in using and or recommending Rough Guides for future travel plans

This trip was so important to me and my family for my 70th birthday and for my 2 sons to know and understand their roots! My mom was born in Ambato, Ecuador 🇪🇨 and since she has passed I have always wanted to go to her country of origin! I have nothing but praise and appreciations and gratitude towards Responsible Travel via (Rough Guides) Travel agency for an amazing 🤩 and fun filled vacation! Everything went well with our itinerary and activities that Jeferson planned. He really knew what I/we wanted to experience, plus we were able to visit with my cousins! Our driver & guide was exceptional. Mateo kept us safe and we felt at home. He knew all the history of the places we went to & explained the culture and local lifestyle etc. The activity guides were great & they too (Olga, Rigo, Andre, Candy, Leo, & Karin) kept us safe and knew all about the Galapagos, and the volcanoes 🌋 etc…! All were professional and very well organized! I would highly recommend this company & travel agency to anyone that asks me! I/we are happy and overjoyed with the service we received! Love them! Jeferson took care of our every need 24/7. He kept me at ease when my hubby got sick, he was taken care of immediately and the staff kept him well. Response and support were quick and consistent through planning, paying, travel prep, during the trip and even after we were home. Connection to a local expert was fast and then they handled all of my questions in prompt message replies and even a real-time call. Love how they took care of bookings, tickets, transfers/transportation and even acknowledged our son's birthday. All tour guides, drivers and local contacts were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It all went so smoothly - a great vacation!

Rough Guides hooked me up with a local tour operator to help plan a trip to Colombia. The experience was excellent! I got exactly what I wanted, recommendations, tours, transportation arrangements etc. The local operator was very good at back and forth exchanges, asked great questions to help with recommendations that suited our travel plans and style. The local tour arranger, Nick, also checked on us multiple times via Whatsapp during the trip to ensure things were going as planned. He also had great tips for foods to try, and insider information. Couldn't have been more pleased and plan to use Rough Guides for any travel outside the USA
