I was hesitant to use a booking service because I have traveled around the world, always booking my own stays and excursions and such, but was intimidated by trying to do that for Africa. I would recommend this service to anyone, the hotels and game lodges were fabulous and a great value, tours and excursions were delightful and pickups were always on time. Transfers to and from airports really erased any anxiety for me.
