His response was that as we are "older" travelers he took it upon himself to provide a different itinerary that would be easier for us.”

Everything went well with our itinerary and activities that Jeferson planned. He really knew what I/we wanted to experience, plus we were able to visit with my cousins! Our driver & guide was exceptional. Mateo kept us safe and we felt at home. He knew all the history of the places we went to & explained the culture and local lifestyle etc. The activity guides were great & they too (Olga, Rigo, Andre, Candy, Leo, & Karin) kept us safe and knew all about the Galapagos, and the volcanoes 🌋 etc…! All were professional and very well organized! I would highly recommend this company & travel agency to anyone that asks me! I/we are happy and overjoyed with the service we received! Love them! Jeferson took care of our every need 24/7. He kept me at ease when my hubby got sick, he was taken care of immediately and the staff kept him well.
