Everything went very smoothly, taxis turned up on time, hotels were comfortable and welcoming and any questions we had both before the trip and during it were answered promptly, even out of hours. All three tours which were part of our trip were interesting and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The 1811 Cave Hotel was stunning as was Cappodicia itself.
