Alvaro at the beginning worked really hard to tailor the trip to our needs . He patiently listened to what we wanted and adapted the trip as the planning evolved. The tour guides (at Palenque, Calakmul, Uxmal)were all exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our days out with them. When there was a hiccup on the last day with one of the taxi companies not turning up and then protesters closing the route to the airport, Benjamin efficiently sorted it all out and organised a refund for us for the missed transfer.
