Outdoor activities come in two main flavours: mountain and coastal. Hiking is a joy around the peaks of Montenegro’s national parks, most notably Durmitor, which is also good for kayaking, and skiing in winter. On the beach it’s a different story, with watersports including jetskiing, parasailing and zorbing available at various points along the coast – Budva is the prime spot, though kayaking around Kotor Bay is a delight.
