We wanted to write and commend one of your tour guides - Nina, who has spent to days with us in Bangkok, staying along the river. Nina is the most professional guide, with fantastic knowledge, a great sense of humour and fun and a very generous spirit. She was able to arrange the most interesting trips, best seats, tips on what to do and we will tell all our friends how wonderful she is. Please tell her ‘boss’ that she is a gem and should be given lots of tours.

I turned back home last Saturday after a honeymoon in Thailand. I had a beautiful and very interesting tour from Bangkok to Mae Hong Son and then I spent the last days in Koh Samui enjoying the peace and quietness and the beauty of the sea. I really want to express my thanks and my satisfaction to your company and in particular to our guide. He is a helpful, honest, kind and funny man. He has a great passion and love for his country and this thing helped us to love and appreciate Thailand more than we could do. It was a unforgettable experience! I came across the service by chance and what a delight. What followed was a tailor made holiday where you do what you want to do and be shown places you never knew existed. A guide and a driver in every city you visit and where needed a very local experienced guide for trekking. Top hotels at discounted rates. We really felt like royalty from the time we landed to the time we were dropped off for our journey back home. We started by advising which countries we wanted to visit, how much time we had, how fit we were (or unfit for me!) and our budget. I could not believe just how much more we received than what I thought our budget would give. We are taken on walking/cycling/quad biking/vespa/boat sightseeing trips across the length of Vietnam. An overnight boat trip to magnificent limestone formations. Trekking in the jungles of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Numerous waterfalls. The great temples of Angkor. Overnight stays with villagers in the mountains to experience wonder. A night with the wildlife rescue centre. All internal flights booked for us. Amazing guides who went out of their way to help wash our clothes cheaply and save hotel costs or ensure we got free upgrades! To list all the kindness we were shown at absolutely every stage of the holiday would take a novel to write. In essence we did what felt like a lifetime of holidays in 2.5 weeks meticulously planned for us behind the scenes but which flowed effortlessly from day to day. And we didn't have to share. This was a holiday for me and my daughter pre her leaving for University. My poor level of fitness was totally taken into account and although I found it challenging, it wasn't impossible. On the penultimate day a trek was shortened as I was struggling. Within minutes an alternative plan with a shorter trek and 20km of kayaking was organised and a 5* hotel was booked for that night. Also as it was tailor made, I was able to opt out of the last hike on the day we were flying back home and instead swam in the waterfall pool whilst my daughter went on the hike. There was great flexibility in the itinerary if needed. Our organiser, Vy, was always on whatsapp for immediate contact. We have barely returned and are already considering our next holiday with this service. You get the best of everything without the 'package holiday' issues where you have to do some things you wouldn't normally want and have to wait for everyone. Our trips were never shared with anyone apart from when we went on the overnight boat to Halong Bay. Thank you all for an amazing experience. We'll be in touch soon. For anyone considering a trip I would really get them to quote. I have previously done tailor made breaks and paid a lot more for a lot less!

We had the most incredible journey - a real once in a lifetime type of experience!

This is the second time I have used the service to sort out my itinerary. First to Sri Lanka and recently (February 2020) to Vietnam. The itinerary was great and while I was planning it, there was room for change and modification. Nothing was a problem. I would recommend them to people who have no real idea of the country they are visiting and need some guidance. There was always an alternative or other options so one didn't feel you were just given an itinerary that wasn't flexible. The guides we had were all excellent. Good job. Planning Chile for 2021 now! Excellent job planning the activities we wanted. The guides were top quality and rough guides were able to adjust to a last minute change in our plans. It was an experiment - a big trip for our first outing with you but we were generally very pleased with the experience

first time users and we absolutely loved it. Communication was always punctual and well informed. We travelled through Vietnam for a month and it was fantastic to have every step of the journey co-ordinated. We enjoyed our tours to the temples and had a very good tour guide in Bangkok. We liked the tours in Phuket, Phi Phi Islands, James Bond Islands and the shopping. It was an amazing experience overall.

Very good company. easy to work with. their Vietnam coordinator was in Vietnam and I was able to chat with her directly with WhatsApp. Hotels and guides they coordinated were top. They also provided local emergency contact numbers in each major location which was good for peace of mind. Very pleased.

We had the trip of a lifetime. Thank you very much for all the assistance and recommendations. One thing I did want to specifically mention was our amazing guide during our private tour of Bangkok. I, unfortunately, cannot recall her name but the day of our tour fell on a high holy day and as such the Grand Temple closed early for a private ceremony so we were unable to enter. We completely understood but our guide was very apologetic and, as an alternative to make up for this, arranged a private canal tour of Bangkok which ended up being one of our favorite things we did! It gave us a little insight into the real behind the scenes Bangkok and was just a very memorable experience. It was awesome! Everyone we worked with there was fantastic, on time, and it took all the logistical stress out of the equation. Thank you to everyone on your team!
