Rough Guides partnered with local tourism operators to develop a wonderful exciting itinerary for our group of four. Throughout the trip I had regular communication via WhatsApp and never felt ignored or without a sense of support. This was critically important because several unforeseen setbacks occurred during our trip. A critical flight was canceled that jeopardized our entire itinerary. The Local team worked swiftly and efficiently to figure out the most timely and efficient way for us to get back on our schedule. In Uyuni, I fell and broke my arm. Our local guide and driver were absolutely amazing in caring for me and getting me to the health clinic for care. These are unusual and unexpected setbacks, and I was very appreciative that the entire team at Pure Bolivia and Rough Guides were checking in on me regularly. Normally, I travel and book my travel independently. But this time, I was very glad to have had the concierge support along the way. I will be booking more tours in the future with Rough Guides.

Argentina adventure! Everyone was really helpful in the booking process, and we ended up with amazing guides all arranged by the Rough Guides team. The only negative was not much help when we missed a flight - but we sorted it out ourselves so all good

The planning of the trip with the guidance of Maria José from Rough Guides was already very professional, fast and reliable - she really shaped the best possible itinerary with all our requests and wishes for the trip. Once started the trip went from good at lake Titicaca, to great in Cusco to epic at the peruanian Rainforest. I can only highly recommend to plan and execute your travels with rough guides - they know what they do and the service onsite was just fabulous!!! Many thanks to everybody involved!!!

Had a great six weeks. Everything went pretty smoothly, bar a couple of minor niggles to be expected on a trip like this, and which were responded to well.

The destination was fantastic. The hotels were all very good. Every pick up and transfer was on time and easy to follow. And the scenery was absolutely amazing.

The trip was perfectly planned. We could always reach our agent if any questions or got lost. Because of the weather some activities got cancelled (i.e. Volcano track in Pucon). But we got two dinners instead. Great support

We did the suggested tour of Lunar Valley and Death Valley followed by watching an amazing sunset at a look out to the desert valley and mountains. This was so different from expectations. Very interesting as the light changed and moved! The salt flats and lakes tour was again very interesting with a multilingual and informative tour guide. We enjoyed the perfect amount of free relaxation time. Again the transfer from San Pedro to Antofagasta hotel was flawless. They truly picked out interesting destinations, Itinerary and choice of hotels and tours were perfect to our given preferences. Everything was worry free.

What a great trip! It was so easy to communicate, got all the answers to my many questions. What a trip! Argentina wasn't on my bucket list, now I NEED to go back and see more. I so appreciate that I was taken care of. Thank you Anahi.
