Peter Eltringham is author of the RG to Belize, now in its third edition. His first visit to Belize was when he volunteered to do a tour of duty in what was considered a "hardship posting" by the Royal Air Force. Since then, he has returned regularly to the country, contributing articles on Belize to a number of newspapers and magazines. Peter also contributes to the RG to Central America and currently lives in the United Kingdom.
