Katharine Reeve was an early organic vegetable box adopter and will soon be laying down her first asparagus bed on a new allotment share. But her real passion is cake! Her idea of a good weekend is tracking down small producers and new food markets; her idea of a bad weekend is peering in other people’s shopping trolleys and scouring supermarket shelves for the latest food industry nasty. She’s spent her career as a book publishing commissioning editor and now teaches creative writing at Bath Spa University, editing manuscripts when she gets the chance.
