Iglesia San Agustín

Address: On the corner of Calle Bolívar with Calle San Agustín

Opening time: Mon– Sun 8am–12.30pm & 5–8pm

The elegant 1575 Iglesia San Agustín has one of the city's finest Baroque facades; added later in the late eighteenth century. Its old convent cloisters are now attached to the university, while inside only the unique octagonal sacristy survived the 1868 earthquake.
