The Pacific Northwest
Portland Art Museum
The Portland Art Museum has a wide-ranging collection of Northwest Native American masks, Mexican statues, and ancient Chinese figures. The real reason to visit the museum, though, is the Mark Building, which, with its underground entrance (accessed via the old wing) and six floors, holds a fine array of modern and postmodern works in various media, with part of the top floor reserved for temporary shows.
