More than 150 lush wooded acres accommodate the capacious Indianapolis Museum of Art. The main building is surrounded by a lake, botanical garden, sculpture courtyard, and a concert terrace. Inside, the exceptional displays include the largest collection of Turner paintings outside Britain and an array of paintings and prints from Gauguin's Pont Aven school; collections from around the globe include an extensive assortment of masks, figures, jewellery, and household items from northern Africa.
