The Kimbell Art Museum
The Kimbell Art Museum is considered one of the top small art museums in the US. The vaulted, naturally-lit structure was designed by Louis Kahn, and the impeccable collection includes pre-Columbian and African pieces, with some noteworthy Mayan funerary urns, unusual Asian antiquities, and a handful of Renaissance masterpieces.
