Texas State Capitol
The Texas State Capitol is over 300 feet high, taller than the Capitol in Washington, with a red sunset granite dome that accents the downtown skyline. The chandeliers, carpets, and even the door hinges of this colossal building are emblazoned with Lone Stars and other Texas motifs.
