The international airport is nine miles south of downtown Orlando; local buses link the airport with downtown (#11 or #51) and International Drive (#42). Alternatively, shuttle buses operated by Mears Transportation (24hrs; 407/423-5566) charge a flat fee of $16 to any hotel in downtown; $17 to International Drive; and $19 to Hwy-192. Those staying at Disney can take advantage of the free airport transfer offered by Disney's Magical Express Transportation ( 1-866/599-0951). Taxis to these destinations cost between $30 and $60. Buses and trains arrive, respectively, downtown at the Greyhound terminal, 555 N John Young Parkway ( 407/292-3424), and the Amtrak station, 1400 Sligh Blvd ( 407/843-7611).
