Toronto Pearson International Airport, some 25km northwest of the city centre, is linked to almost every important metropolis in the world as well as every major Canadian town and city. The vast majority of visitors to Toronto arrive by plane.
Toronto's bus and train stations are conveniently located downtown and they link Toronto to a wide range of Canadian and American cities. Those arriving by car will find the city encircled by motorways, a straightforward drive except during rush hour when traffic congestion can be a real pain.
