There are 23 guest rooms, all en suite, and although the furnishings and fittings are rather pedestrian, each is very comfortable. In a residential area within easy walking distance of the centre. The house itself is a fetching Victorian building of timber and brick with verandas and porches and a splendid bay-windowed tower. Faces the slender limestone symmetries of Sydenham St United Church.
