2 Copper Club Sheraton Hotel, Noktali Sok, Kavaklıdere Opening time: Live music nightly from 10pm to 2am, closed SunNewly renovated super-club frequented by expats and diplomats. One of the few places in Ankara where you can successfully order a gin & tonic, but except to pay through the nose for it.
3 My Way Opening time: Until 4amCorner of Selanik Sok and Ziya Gökalp Cad, Kızılay Average fish restaurant on a balcony with fasıl music and plenty of rakı, with a downstairs disco playing Turkish pop daily, attracting die-hard clubbers still hanging around Kızılay after other places have closed.
4 Opera Konur Sok 6, Kızılay Opening time: Open until 2am, closed SunCafé-bar during the day, Turkish dance music on a tiny overcrowded dance floor at night.
