Around the Sea of Marmara

Arrival

Buses from elsewhere in Turkey arrive at Edirne's otogar, just over 2km southeast of the centre; a free service minibus will whisk you to points opposite the Belediye (town hall). The train station, a more likely entry point from abroad, is another kilometre out in the same direction; from here, the only transport into the centre is a red city bus, but these are infrequent and a taxi (12YTL) is the easiest option.
