Valencia and Murcia
Getting Around
Most of Valencia's sights are centrally located and can be reached on foot, while there are efficient public transport links to the outlying sights (including the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias) and the beaches. Buses cost €1.20 per journey (a ten-journey Bono-Bus pass costs €5.20), trams and the metro €1.30 (www.metrovalencia.com). If you really want to explore the city, consider buying a Valencia Card (€8/14/18 for one/two/three days), which gives you unlimited access to the entire transport system and discounted entry to many museums, bike rental and guided tours, as well as money off your bill at bars and restaurants – you can buy one at most of the turismo offices, at major hotels and newspaper kiosks.
