Housed in a corner of the Naval Ministry, the Museo Naval is strong, as you might expect, on models, charts and navigational aids from or relating to the Spanish voyages of discovery. Exhibits include the first map to show the New World, drawn in 1500, cannons from the Spanish Armada, and part of Cortés' standard used in the conquest of Mexico.
