Spacious rooms in muted colours provide a tranquil base, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and there's a good restaurant. The same group also has the nearby business-oriented, four-star Tryp Salamanca – both hotels offer online deals, and both are easy to find by car and have garage parking. Price: €75
