There is a small airport (

www.sogas.it ) outside Reggio, serving primarily Italian destinations and there are frequent bus shuttles to the centre and Villa San Giovanni. If you're arriving by train, get off at Reggio Lido for the port or museum. Buses end up at the Reggio Centrale station, 1km or so down the long Corso Garibaldi.
