The BrightonMuseum and Art Gallery houses an eclectic mix of modern fashion and design, archeology, painting and local history, including a large collection of pottery from basic Neolithic earthenware to delicate eighteenth-century porcelain figurines. The highlight of the collection of classic Art Deco and Art Nouveau furniture is Dalí's famous sofa based on Mae West's lips. The Balcony Café is the perfect setting for a coffee or tea.
