Arrival
Huehuetenango, known simply as Huehue, is fairly small with most places grouped around the Parque Central. A helpful information office sits at 2 Calle, just off the plaza (Mon– Fri 8am–1pm & 2–5pm; 
5539 1984).
All buses stop at the chaotic bus terminal, halfway between the Carretera Interamericana and town (Los Halcones pullmans continue on to their offices in town). Microbuses make continuous trips between the town centre and the bus terminal.
