4 Pooh's On the paved trail between Sunrise and Hat Pattaya Well-run and welcoming bar-restaurant that's a popular hive of activity, with an attached travel agency and dive school (www.lotusdive.com). On offer are great Thai and Western food, including a wide choice of breakfasts and espresso coffes, internet access, big-screen DVDs and live music in the evenings.
