Ao Toh Ko
Travellers wanting to escape the crowds around Ton Sai and Hat Yao without spending a fortune head for the little bay at Ao Toh Ko, mid-way along the east coast. It's the exceptionally welcoming family who run

The 32 bungalows here have the beach all to themselves and some sit right over the sea on the rocks to the south. They come in a range of styles, but are all good and comfortable. with fans and private bathrooms.
Longtail transfers cost about B100 per person from Ao Ton Sai, or you can reach the bay inland, via steep forest trails that run from the Viewpoint above Ao Loh Dalum and take half an hour to walk.
