1 Amigo's Bar Ninth floor, Om Tower, MI Rd Popular bar, where the slightly gloomy decor is offset by fine city views, and there's a reasonable drinks list (including a few cocktails).
2 Geoffrey's Pub Hotel Park Plaza, Prithviraj Road The city's most appealing English-style pub, complete with oak bar and sporting memorabilia, and with a good range of imported and domestic beers and spirits.

4 Raj Mandir Bhagwan Das Road, just off MI Road Price: Rs39–93If you go to the cinema just once while you're in India, it should be at the Raj Mandir, which boasts a stunning Art Deco lobby and 1500-seat auditorium. Most movies have four daily showings (usually at 12.30pm, 3.30pm, 6.30pm and 9.30pm), and there's always a long queue, so get your tickets an hour or so before the show starts.
