The port of WEIHAI has nothing specific to recommend it to tourists, but you might end up here on the thrice-weekly ferry from Korea – going the other way, tickets for Inchon (14hr; ¥750–1380) can be booked at the port and some accommodation in town. Weihai's long-distance bus station is a ten-minute taxi ride from the port, with services to Beijing (¥150) and Shanghai (¥200) every afternoon, and departures through the day to Yantai (1hr; ¥17) and Qingdao. Accommodation options include the upmarket Weihaiwei Dasha, at 82 Haigang Lu, at the corner of Kunming Lu and Xinwei Lu (
