The outskirts
Farther out from the centre remains a scattering of sights. Just west of Shanghai Zhan railway station is the fascinating Moganshan Art District, an old factory full of art galleries and studios. Alo in the western outskirts are two of Shanghai's most important surviving religious sites: the Yufo Si, which has superb statuary, and the rambling old Longhua Si.
