Boat trips
You can organize boat trips around Jinmen from various places, including the waterfront opposite Zhongshan Lu, Heping Ferry Terminal and Gulangyu. Prices start at ¥100 for an hour and forty minutes – for good views of the Guomindang front line, bring binoculars. For a cheaper trip, go to the Gulangyu ferry terminal, from where there are tours that circle Gulangyu before dropping you on the island (30min; ¥15).
