I’m heading to Whitstable for a long weekend at the end of Feb and am already excited about all the oysters I’m going to eat. Where are the best ones?

Yes, Wheeler’s is the best bet. It is pretty tiny – you can perch at the front counter or nab a table in the back room, or perhaps best of all is to head down to the water’s edge and knock back your oysters there!
