From the U.S. and the weather depends. It’s toward the end of the hurricane season so it can be hit and miss. The best time is usually November-March. It may rain, but not usually all day. As with most of that part of the world in the hurricane season it’s a crap shoot! You will enjoy the country a great deal and if I were you, I would just go, but take out travel insurance so you don’t loose your money.
