Cheapest time to go to Brazil

I’m looking to go to Brazil this year, but have to do it on the cheap. I know our summer/their winter is probably cheapest, but if I’m going all the way down I’d like to at least enjoy some of the nice weather. What months are the best weather/cheapness combos for traveling down? Especially for flights.

It’s going to be the classic of going either side of Peak Session, which is not the cheapest but should give you the best compromise between weather and expense.

Probably too late for you to consider March (just after carnival) so time to start planning for November!
