Eating, drinking and nightlife

There’s a decent selection of restaurants, from simple places serving traditional dishes to more tasteful places suitable for a night out. For snacks, there are several decent pastanes around Cumhuriyet Meydanı. Ürgüp’s nightlife is also excellent when you consider that this is central Anatolia and there’s not a beach in sight.
