Turkey - Turquoise Coast

Avatar Image

Hi there everyone. Need some advice about where to go along the Southern coast (Turquoise Coast, I believe it’s known as.) We have 10 or so days to travel from Antalya city, along the coast towards the west. I have heard of places such as Kas, Fethiye, Marmaris etc. Does anyone have any recommendations of the best place to go/stay?
I am also wanting to fly from somewhere along this area to Cappadoccia?
Cheers
Caz

Wow – lucky you. It’s a beautiful part of the world. I recommend stopping by Olympos, a really laid back backpacker spot. All the accommodation is in tree houses and cabins, but you can stop by for the beach during the day if you want to stick to hotels. Kas is a really characterful port, too, while Gocek is a bit more upmarket. Fethiye and the surrounding area is worth a couple of days. Cappadocia is well worth a trip, although I travelled by coach (via Konya) during my travels.

Here’s a bit more info:

Have a great trip!
