For sea, sun and beachlife the best and most popular places to visit are Goa, Varkala and Kerala however the best time to visit these places is usually Oct/Nov time when it doesn’t rain and the temperature is quite cool. If you were to visit these place during the British Summer period it would be during the monsoon for this region so you might not get too much sun-bathing done.
